Meet Carla Randall, Rehabilitation Specialist

BHPE (Athletic Therapy) | Level 3 Fascia Stretch Therapy® Practitioner

Cochrane Rehabilitation Specialist, Carla Randall

Looking Beyond Where It Hurts

Most people don’t think much about movement until something starts to hurt, feel stiff, or interfere with what they enjoy. Carla Randall, Rehabilitation Specialist, takes a whole-body approach, looking beyond the uncomfortable area to better understand what may be influencing the way someone moves.

Carla’s background in fitness and strength training led her to Athletic Therapy and Fascia Stretch Therapy®. Through her training and experience, she became interested in how mobility, strength, stability, posture, and movement patterns work together. A restriction in one area may change how another area moves, creating compensations that can affect everyday activity or athletic performance.

Today, Carla combines rehabilitation, movement assessment, Fascia Stretch Therapy, corrective exercise, mobility work, and functional strength training. She considers where movement is restricted, where compensation may be occurring, and whether an area could benefit from greater mobility, stability, or strength.

From Rehabilitation to Performance

Carla works with active adults, athletes, and people returning to activity after an injury, as well as those dealing with recurring aches, stiffness, or mobility concerns. She also sees people who have tried other approaches but continue to notice the same issue returning.

Concerns may include back and hip discomfort, sciatic-type symptoms, shoulder and neck concerns, foot and knee issues, overuse injuries, or restrictions that make training and everyday movement more difficult.

Depending on your needs and goals, sessions may incorporate Fascia Stretch Therapy, hands-on techniques, corrective exercise, mobility work, rehabilitation, and functional strength training. Carla may also provide exercises and movement strategies to use between visits so you can continue working toward your goals outside the clinic.

Helping You Stay Active

For Carla Randall, Rehabilitation Specialist, the bigger picture is what improved movement may allow you to do. That might mean returning to sport or the gym, walking or sleeping more comfortably, improving overhead movement, hiking, biking, skiing, or keeping up with your children or grandchildren.

By bridging rehabilitation, movement, and performance, she helps people work toward moving with greater confidence and maintaining an active lifestyle over the long term.
