Your First Visit to Our Cochrane Practice
New patients often remark how “homey” our office is. That’s good, because our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a comfortable surrounding.
Make Yourself at Home
On your first visit to the West Valley Chiropractic Centre you’ll be greeted by name when you enter our office and given a short tour to get you acquainted with our facilities. Please allow yourself approximately 45 minutes for your first visit. If you’ve already completed your admitting paperwork, great! If not, after doing so we’ll likely show you a short video and then you’ll meet one of our doctors.
After discussing your health concerns and needs, an in depth examination of your posture and spinal health will be performed. You will also undergo a comfortable, computerized scan of your spine utilizing the Pro-Adjuster. If the doctor deems it necesssary, we may send you for x-rays of your spine. All of these procedures are pieces of the puzzle we put together to determine the best course of care possible for you!
We Explain Everything First
The purpose of your consultation with the doctor is to discuss your health goals and see if chiropractic is likely to help you. At the discretion of the doctor, an adjustment may or may not be performed on the first day. Either way, we'll communicate the whole process to you each and every step of the way. Patients appreciate that we explain everything in advance!
